MACH3Cancer CRUK Accelerator project will be holding an event on January 20th.
We would like to invite you to our upcoming event showcasing progress and ongoing developments from the CRUK/AECC-funded Accelerator project, MACH3Cancer which aims to advance high content analysis of 3D cancer models to address complexity and to enhance our understanding of heterogeneity in the response to cancer therapies. This event will be held at the Francis Crick Institute on Monday, 20th January 2025 from 12:00 (including lunch).
The project team will be presenting their developments in multimodal 3D high content analysis (HCA) at Imperial College London, the Francis Crick Institute, the Institute of Cancer Research, the University of Edinburgh CRUK Scotland Centre, and IRB Barcelona. This will include oblique plane (light-sheet) and multiphoton HCA and a single-cell-resolved spheroid-based assay implemented independently at multiple partner sites with high reproducibility. The showcase will also include presentations from AstraZeneca and GSK and anticipate stimulating discussions concerning prospects of 3D HCA in drug discovery.
