Events calendar
The Black in Cancer Conference 2022 will be held the 10-11 October at Illuminate, Science Museum (London).
A collaboration between Cancer Research UK and Black in Cancer, this inaugural event will bring together scientists from across the globe to celebrate, collaborate and showcase Black excellence in cancer research and medicine.
Learning objectives
Our intention is to provide a stimulating environment and we are developing a programme which encompasses scientific sessions, panel discussions and workshops focusing on the themes of research, equality and patient experience. The event will also include ample time for formal and informal networking as well as mentoring opportunities and poster sessions.
Audience
This event is relevant for all academics and scientists across the research pipeline, and in all career stages. There will be opportunities throughout the conference to network with peers, view posters and continue thought-provoking conversations outside of the agenda.
