Lauren Hancock
Executive Assistant to Prof Axel Behrens
Lauren joined the centre in January 2021 and is Executive Assistant to our Scientific Director, Axel. Alongside this she assists with co-ordinating the seminar advertisements for our ‘Converging on Cancer’ seminar series and monthly newsletters for our mailing list. Lauren works between all members of the Centre’s operational team and our external partners to benefit the Centres goal of collaboration within the realm of convergence science.
Lauren has a BSc Hons in Forensic Science and naturally transitioned into an administration-based role from her previous drug development laboratory position. She now has 4+ years of administrative assistant experience.
